2-Week Bootcamp Extreme Diet by Applied Nutrition Review
If you are ready to do a lifestyle overhaul to lose weight, the 2-Week Bootcamp Extreme Diet by Applied Nutrition might be perfect for you. It encourages users to stick to a low-calorie diet while exercising and taking their four-part product to lose weight.
If this sounds like it might work for you, keep reading! We’ll look more in-depth at how the product works and some pros and cons involved in using it.
How Does 2-Week Bootcamp Extreme Diet Work?
The 2-Week Bootcamp Extreme Diet by Applied Nutrition takes a very unique approach to weight loss. Instead of relying on one pill, the Bootcamp utilizes four different products as well as a low-calorie diet and exercise plan.
The four different diet pills are called Fat Burner, Carb-Blocker, Colon Flush, and Bloat-Less.
Applied Nutrition is a company that makes products that have been scientifically proven and also use “pure” ingredients, which we assume means all-natural ingredients.
The 2-Week Bootcamp Extreme Diet, which the Applied Nutrition website claims was invented by a doctor, is meant only to be used for two weeks, at which point you will see significant weight loss results.
One thing that we really appreciate about the2-Week Bootcamp Extreme Diet is that it is very affordable, whatever your price range. It is available at Harmon Stores, Rite Aid, and Walgreens for only $20.00.
This is great because you can try it to see if it works for you but not feel like you are wasting a large amount of your money on an experiment.
Another thing that we really like about the 2-Week Bootcamp Extreme Diet is that users are encouraged to follow a diet and exercise plan as outlined on the Applied Nutrition Website.
We really like that Applied Nutrition makes easy-to-follow plans for users who may not be familiar with calorie-counting or exercise.
And finally, the ingredients in the Fat Burner are just what we like to see. It is made with Green Tea Extract as well as Coffeeberry Blend, which is 50 percent caffeine. Even though it is made of a proprietary blend, it is possible to tell how much is in it with a little math.
The Fat Burner has 1000mg of Green Tea Extract, which means that it definitely has enough to speed your metabolism and help you lose weight.
There are a few things that we are a little concerned with, however.
Since there are four different products in the 2-Week Bootcamp Extreme Diet, we think that taking all eight of the pills that are required in a day might be difficult for users. If there were fewer pills or they were meant to be taken all at once, we might be a little more enthusiastic about the different products.
Also, after looking at the different ingredients in the Carb-Blocker, Colon Flush, and Bloat-Less, we really aren’t impressed with the ingredients or the fact that they are part of proprietary blends.
First of all, there are no ingredients that have been shown to block the absorption of carbs, making the Carb-Blocker pretty useless.
Also, colon cleansers have never been shown to produce any real weight loss from fat.
Finally, the Bloat-Less formula looks like it has great ingredients, but they are part of a proprietary blend, which means we cannot tell if there’s enough to make a difference in bloating or inflammation.
After reviewing this product thoroughly, we think that the only pill worth the price is the Fat Burner. The extra pills are not only superfluous, but may be overly stimulating to your body.
Eight pills a day is a hassle. We recommend you seek a fat burner that is a more well-rounded supplement with less bothersome instructions.
