7 Day Detox Reviews

Just like your car engine needs regular maintenance and oil changes to keep it running smoothly without harmful buildup, your digestive system could use an occasional cleanse. Some researchers estimate that as much as 10 to 30 pounds of undigested waste could be stuck inside your colon and digestive track, leading to bloating and increased weight gain.

To get that gunk out of there and restore your metabolism up to its normal speed, the makers of 7 Day Detox hope you’ll turn to their pill.
Boasting no harmful side effects and positive results in just seven days, the 7 Day Detox is a high-aiming diet pill that solves both short- and long-term problems.

But doctors differ in their opinion of the benefits of a colon cleanse, so we’ll walk you through the specifics of the 7 Day Detox and discuss its ingredients and any side effects. That way, you can decide if 7 Day Detox is the weight loss solution for you.

Ingredients and Mechanism of Action

7 Day Detox proposes to flush toxins and waste out of your body using eight different ingredients. Here’s a quick rundown of what those are and what they do.

• Chromium Polynicotinate is believed to lower appetite, enhance lean muscle mass, and support fat reduction in general. It also boosts the metabolism to make waste flow through your body more quickly.
• Caffeine Anhydrous creates a thermogenic reaction in the body, speeding up metabolism, stifling appetite, and giving you energy.
• Psyllium Husk is a fiber that gives the feeling of fullness as it expands in the stomach. It acts as a sponge along the digestive track to soak up undigested food and flush it out as waste.
• Apple Pectin is another natural fiber that washes out LDL cholesterol buildup. It also removes metal toxins from the body.
• Glucomannan is a soluble fiber that works as an appetite suppressant and colon cleanser, wiping the digestive track of harmful toxins.
• Dandelion Root is a natural laxative, often prescribed for everything from constipation and diarrhea. It regulates contractions within the bowels and intestines.
• Apple Cider Vinegar boosts metabolism and facilitates the faster burn of calories. It is also believed to be a negative calorie food, meaning it burns more calories than it adds because of the energy required to break it down.
• Grapefruit Seed Extract is an antioxidant that promotes general health in the body, and is also believed to curb excess appetite.

7 Day Detox is not safe to take if:

  • You are allergic to any of the ingredients

Overall Impression of 7 Day Detox:

The 7 Day Detox may promote long term weight loss. It is extremely affordable as compared to some of its competitors, and it has a significant number of healthy ingredients. You may suffer some side effects along the way; however, they are far outweighed by the end result.

You’ll get both short-term weight loss and a healthier system better able to digest food and guard against future weight gain.

Jordan Tanner Says:

I don’t know exactly how I feel about diet pills. But 7 Day Detox helped me to get the jump start I needed. I’ve always wanted to do it without extra help, without diet pills, without surgery, just diet and exercise. But my body just doesn’t cooperate the way I want it to at any given time. 7 Day Detox helped me to overcome my shortcomings, and I’ve gotten the results I wanted all along.

Jean T Says:

I’ve always had a gut, and I continue to have it. The 7 Day Detox helped me to lose a lot of weight over use. But I still have a gut that sticks out a little. It shrank with the rest of me. It just stands out from the rest, and I guess that’s just something that I won’t be able to get rid of.

Hailey K Says:

I’ve never been frustrated with anything so much as I’ve been frustrated with my weight. It has always seemed that no matter what I try, I just can’t win. I’ve been through a lot of diet plans, I’ve been through a lot of diet pills, and the only thing that ever happens is side effects. I’ve found that there are a lot of things that just don’t go right. But I’ve never been quite big enough to qualify for weight loss surgery. I should be grateful for that. And it’s surprisingly never affected my cholesterol or blood pressure, go figure. But anyway, it’s always been more vanity than anything else, and nothing has ever worked. I changed my habits, and my body just doesn’t work the way I want it to. I even thought about the idea that I’m just meant to be a bigger girl.

But since I started using 7 Day Detox, things changed. Suddenly, I think I’m actually seeing the results that, for my weight, I think I should for the diet and exercise I’m doing. I got over a hump I wasn’t even able to get over in high school. But with 7 Day Detox, I’m making progress. I feel a lot better, better than even morning workouts made me feel throughout the day. I’ve been able to stop my 3 hour workouts, cutting them down to a more reasonable 1 hour a day. And I’ve never found anything quite like 7 Day Detox before.

Kristen Beck Says:

I think I lost a lot of weight in the first week. But it’s not been side effect free for me. I think I felt really tired my first week. I had a hard time getting through my days without caffeine. After that, it has improved. But the first week was not what I hoped for.

Rachel Says:

I lost 7.5 or maybe 7 pounds in my first week. I think it was that anyway. Anyway, the 7 Day Detox has been so much. It’s been more effective than the other diet pills I’ve used, and I’ve used a lot. And I can afford it. I bought 1 month of more expensive products, because I just can’t afford them, and they didn’t show any results. I can buy the 7 Day Detox every month, and it makes a real difference for me.

Kylee Murphy Says:

The truth is that the 7 Day Detox varies. I mean I lost about 10 pounds in my first week where my mom lost 7. But I’m pretty sure that no matter who you are, the 7 Day Detox can help you to lose a lot of weight.

Riley Singer Says:

My first week was crappy. I felt really sick, and I thought I caught a nasty cold. Since then, I’ve used another salon detox, and I found out that everything just comes out of your body, and I felt worse using that to be honest. But after it has time to clear out, you really feel great. Getting over that hump is a challenge, and then if you maintain and keep it up, it never gets that bad again. But just be prepared.

Tabitha Says:

I feel amazing after using the 7 Day Detox. I’ve used other diet plans before, and my diet plans are more effective now, the same old ones! I make healthier decisions now. I don’t always feel like I want hamburgers or other junk food. I’ve had more cravings for fruits and vegetables since about the 2nd week of taking 7 Day Detox. And it’s easier to get up in the morning for exercise.

Lynne Carson Says:

It really gave me a lot of extra energy! I wasn’t shaky, I slept like a baby while taking the 7 Day Detox, and it’s not the same as other products! When I’ve used the 7 Day Detox, I’ve found that on my weeks, I lose a lot of weight, and during my off weeks, I lose some more weight, or at the very least, I don’t really gain it back. It’s normalized a lot of processes for me, and I feel really good about recommending it to those who are serious.
