I don’t know exactly how I feel about diet pills. But 7 Day Detox helped me to get the jump start I needed. I’ve always wanted to do it without extra help, without diet pills, without surgery, just diet and exercise. But my body just doesn’t cooperate the way I want it to at any given time. 7 Day Detox helped me to overcome my shortcomings, and I’ve gotten the results I wanted all along.

I’ve always had a gut, and I continue to have it. The 7 Day Detox helped me to lose a lot of weight over use. But I still have a gut that sticks out a little. It shrank with the rest of me. It just stands out from the rest, and I guess that’s just something that I won’t be able to get rid of.

I’ve never been frustrated with anything so much as I’ve been frustrated with my weight. It has always seemed that no matter what I try, I just can’t win. I’ve been through a lot of diet plans, I’ve been through a lot of diet pills, and the only thing that ever happens is side effects. I’ve found that there are a lot of things that just don’t go right. But I’ve never been quite big enough to qualify for weight loss surgery. I should be grateful for that. And it’s surprisingly never affected my cholesterol or blood pressure, go figure. But anyway, it’s always been more vanity than anything else, and nothing has ever worked. I changed my habits, and my body just doesn’t work the way I want it to. I even thought about the idea that I’m just meant to be a bigger girl.

But since I started using 7 Day Detox, things changed. Suddenly, I think I’m actually seeing the results that, for my weight, I think I should for the diet and exercise I’m doing. I got over a hump I wasn’t even able to get over in high school. But with 7 Day Detox, I’m making progress. I feel a lot better, better than even morning workouts made me feel throughout the day. I’ve been able to stop my 3 hour workouts, cutting them down to a more reasonable 1 hour a day. And I’ve never found anything quite like 7 Day Detox before.

I think I lost a lot of weight in the first week. But it’s not been side effect free for me. I think I felt really tired my first week. I had a hard time getting through my days without caffeine. After that, it has improved. But the first week was not what I hoped for.

I lost 7.5 or maybe 7 pounds in my first week. I think it was that anyway. Anyway, the 7 Day Detox has been so much. It’s been more effective than the other diet pills I’ve used, and I’ve used a lot. And I can afford it. I bought 1 month of more expensive products, because I just can’t afford them, and they didn’t show any results. I can buy the 7 Day Detox every month, and it makes a real difference for me.

The truth is that the 7 Day Detox varies. I mean I lost about 10 pounds in my first week where my mom lost 7. But I’m pretty sure that no matter who you are, the 7 Day Detox can help you to lose a lot of weight.

My first week was crappy. I felt really sick, and I thought I caught a nasty cold. Since then, I’ve used another salon detox, and I found out that everything just comes out of your body, and I felt worse using that to be honest. But after it has time to clear out, you really feel great. Getting over that hump is a challenge, and then if you maintain and keep it up, it never gets that bad again. But just be prepared.

I feel amazing after using the 7 Day Detox. I’ve used other diet plans before, and my diet plans are more effective now, the same old ones! I make healthier decisions now. I don’t always feel like I want hamburgers or other junk food. I’ve had more cravings for fruits and vegetables since about the 2nd week of taking 7 Day Detox. And it’s easier to get up in the morning for exercise.

It really gave me a lot of extra energy! I wasn’t shaky, I slept like a baby while taking the 7 Day Detox, and it’s not the same as other products! When I’ve used the 7 Day Detox, I’ve found that on my weeks, I lose a lot of weight, and during my off weeks, I lose some more weight, or at the very least, I don’t really gain it back. It’s normalized a lot of processes for me, and I feel really good about recommending it to those who are serious.
