Ingredients and Mechanism of Action
AbGone focuses its ingredient list on phosphatidylserine, CLA, chromium polynitocinate, and dandelion root. These are all good ingredients, and CLA has even been proven to target fat and increase lean muscle mass in the right quantities. However, there is no ingredient that has yet been proven to target any specific area of the body such as belly fat. Abgone also provides no quantities, making it difficult to determine whether its formula will actually work. In most cases, this means that they use minimal quantities, or in other words, it won’t work.
Overall Impression of AbGone:
At the very least, AbGone is an extremely safe formula, not using any harsh stimulants or otherwise ingredients that would cause side effects. However, it lacks any proven fat burners in proven quantities. Therefore, it would do you no good to pay for this supplement in the first place.

I can just say wow. It has some amazing stimulant free options. I’ve never found anything without some side effects before. And now, I can say that I’ve found one. But what I’m not so wowed about is the results. One thing I can say for some caffeine products, I lost a lot of weight. I didn’t even temporarily see results using AbGone.

I am still somewhat skeptical about AbGone. I feel like my pants have gotten a little bit looser. But I haven’t seen a significant change on the scale, and I cannot actually see a difference in my measurements. So it might all be in my head.

It sounds good at first, and I couldn’t wait to give it a go. I was expecting a lot more. I was hoping for more when I started using AbGone.

I’m not sure I even see a difference with AbGone. I’ve read on some reviews that it just takes some time and then you’ll notice if you watch. But it’s been 3 months, and I’m the same dress size as I was when I started.

I’ve been dieting and exercising with a healthy diet recommended by my doctor for about a month now. I started taking AbGone about 2 weeks ago, and I have not seen any significant difference between what I’m losing with the pill and what I was losing on the diet alone. I think the diet has done the trick. But I guess we’ll see if things change when I go off the pill again.
