Acai Berry Boom Review
It seems like a new “super food” is always in the spotlight when it comes to diet pills, and today it is the acai berry. That’s why Acai Berry Boom formulated an entire product around this little berry.
The acai berry is an abundant source of antioxidants, which work to fight antioxidants and boost the immune system, but does it have any fat burning properties?
We’re skeptical, but we’re willing to give Acai Berry Boom the benefit of the doubt and conduct a full review, which you’ll find below.
Ingredients and Mechanism of Action
Like many of their competitors, Acai Berry Boom provides as little information as possible. In other words, they provide no information. There is no ingredients list, and the gist is, they want you to take their word for it. To be honest, we can’t be sure that Acai Berry Boom is anything more than a glorified caffeine pill. Moreover, claiming to fight cancer is likely to get them censured by the FTC.
Acai Berry Boom is not safe to take if:
- You have any allergies
- You are sensitive to caffeine
- You have any pre-existing or family history of medical conditions
Possible Side Effects
- Losing money
- Allergic reactions
- Irregular heart beat
- Loss of appetite
Can Antioxidants Help You Lose Weight?
To put it simply, no, antioxidants can’t help you lose weight. They have no properties that will either burn fat, suppress the appetite, give energy, or increase body temperature.
Instead, they function as immune boosters that deliver a dose of all-around health, better immune responses, and a system more able to handle attacks from free radicals.
Actually, this last property comes in handy when you do start to lose weight because harmful toxins and free radicals are released into the body when fat is broken down. An increase in antioxidants will help you be better prepared to deal with that.
As an instigator of fat burning, however, acai berry is not well-equipped to help you out.
Overall Impression of Acai Berry Boom:
Acai Berry Boom is a company seemingly looking for trouble. They claim their “magic pill” will do a multitude of things, including fight diseases. The only one they can prove is that the acai berry is a potent antioxidant. But that says nothing about their product.
In general, acai berry is best used as “damage control” in terms of weight loss. It will not do anything itself to spark fat burning, so any use of acai berry should be secondary only. And even if you do decide to invest in acai berry, we recommend finding a product from a more reputable company.
