Acai Berry Select works largely based on the antioxidant activity of some of its ingredients. It uses chromium, green tea, caffeine, l-theanine, and acai. They use no proprietary blend to mask their ingredients. But they do use a “free trial offer” to try to trap customers in a not so free autoship program. Overall, the ingredients are extremely common in any quantity.
Safety
Acai Berry Select is not safe to take if:
- You are allergic to any of the ingredients
- You are sensitive to caffeine
- You don’t like to lose money
- You actually want to lose weight

- Insomnia
- Diarrhea
- Irregular heart beat
- Dizziness
- Vomiting
- Headache
- Loss of appetite
Overall Impression of Acai Berry Select:
AcaiBerry Select puts their entire weight on the media reports on the acai berry. However, as of yet, there is no scientific proof that the acai berry is the miracle supplement they claim it to be, only that it can work as a powerful antioxidant. They don’t actually use that much acai in their product, and it is unlikely to result in significant weight loss.

It’s better than some of the other acai products I’ve used. But it costs too much. I’ve found some at the health food stores that are just as good and less expensive.

I ordered Acai Berry Select about 3 weeks ago, and I haven’t seen any results yet. I haven’t been able to achieve any weight loss or any energy or anything I’ve read about yet.

Acai Berry Select helped me to lose about 5 pounds. But then it stopped. I have more energy still. But the weight loss stopped. I guess it just depends on what you expect from a product as to what you will actually get. And I can’t even tell the difference in the way my jeans look with just 5 pounds!
