Ingredients include diuretics such as dandelion root, buchu leaves, juniper berry, and uva ursi leaves. And while these ingredients can be an important part of a detox diet, they should not make up the entire diet pill. You may lose a couple pounds of water weight with Accomplix H20. But it will be quickly gained back, and you will spend more time in the bathroom than anywhere else during your use of Accomplix H20.
Overall Impression of Accomplix H20:
Unless you are a professional body builder, UFC Fighter, or wrestler, water weight is not a bad thing. The majority of our body mass is made up of water for a reason. Water weight, though easily lost, is also easily gained. Accomplix H20 contains only diuretics and no other serious weight loss ingredients. As such, we would not recommend its use.
