AKAVAR 20/50 claims to be a caloric restrictor, a diet pill that actively restricts your calorie intake, allowing you to “eat whatever you want”. Now s caloric restrictor is just another term for an appetite suppressant. However, even with a “caloric restrictor” eating whatever you want is never conducive to weight loss. When taking diet pills never use them as a substitute to a healthy diet and exercise.

While eating whatever you want is never recommended if you want to lose weight Akavar may help you lose weight but isn't the best value out there.

Funny enough I bought it at walmart for 19.99 and then a few days later saw it at Albertsons for 59.00 for 1 bottle. I have been taking it for 10 days and have not noticed any weight loss... only more frequent bowel movements and heavy hearbeats... not faster just heavier.. like a throbbing but in my chest. I notice it the most when I lay down to sleep. I could have taken my last dose at 6pm... lay down at 12am and still feel throbbing in my chest... but no weight loss... no inches gone... NOTHING

Terrible. I actually gained weight! I have repeatedly requested my money back, (per money back guarantee) to no avail. I will continue in my quest. Perhaps I will try Oroville next.
