None of the ingredients really stand out to be completely honest, and as far as account for a significant amount of your daily fiber requirements, it doesn’t even come close.

Except in the case of allergies, you will not suffer side effects with Aloecran. But that is the full extent of any benefits associated with Aloecran’s blend. They have no weight loss components, and they make blatantly false claims about the ingredients they do have. It would be overly generous to suggest that anybody should buy this product.
