And you can do all of this in complete safety.

Ingredients and Mechanism of Action

Amfedrine ingredients include hoodia gordonii, green tea, chromium polynicotinate, and caffeine anhydrous.

So where do we start. First, this is not the full ingredients list. Second, they don't disclose the amounts used. Third, hoodia can't even be obtained in the United States, let alone has it been proven to do anything. Every major study has failed. Fourth, chromium polynicotinate has been tested to enhance blood sugar, not metabolism, and the only studies that have shown success have been in athletes. And finally, being that it has not one, but 2 forms of caffeine, it is not exactly safe for many or free of side effects in general.

Overall Impression of Amfedrine:

The big thing with Amfedrine is that it doesn't work. It doesn't have the right ingredients for the most part, and those that are right don't have the right amounts. They use completely faulty claims, not even getting the supposed benefits of each ingredient right. They don't even list a full ingredients list. All this adds up to an incomplete and ineffective formula entirely.
