Barry’s Bootcamp Review
There are no ingredients obviously. But they have 5 DVD’s all $14.95 if you buy them separately. They include a butt and legs, chest and abs, full body, shoulders and back, and arms and abs.
Each workout gives you about 1 hour per day. Frankly speaking, this sounds about right. The idea is that you should be getting at least an hour of cardio per day in order to burn more fat in general. However, to suggest that they could target areas of fat with certain workouts is a mistake. They can strengthen certain muscle areas yes. But you can only burn fat in general through cardio exercise. As far as we can tell, there is nothing special about any of their workout videos.
Overall Impression of Barry’s Bootcamp:
Yes, you can get a descent workout we’re sure. But there’s a reason this is not as popular as for example P90X. The workouts get old, they don’t work as well as many would think, and frankly speaking, the results just don’t stand out in a crowd. It’s certainly not worth paying $14.95 per DVD for 5 DVD’s or $39.95 for all of them. We would not recommend wasting your money on Barry’s Bootcamp.
