Caralluma fimbriata is a proven ingredient. It has been proven a number of times to suppress appetite. It comes from a cactus and is generally used in traditional Aryuvedic medicine. However, it requires more than 1000mg to work, and they don’t disclose the amounts used. This means that they don’t have them, and frankly they don’t even list all of their ingredients. On the other hand, while yohimbine has not been connected to “energy” as they put it let alone weight loss, it has been connected to quite a few serious side effects.

We have not found any retailers that sell in countries outside of the UK at this point in time. But for customers in the UK and moreover those who would otherwise try to obtain it, we would not recommend this product. They cannot ship to certain countries such as Australia due to bans on yohimbine due to its serious dangers. This being said, they have nothing valid about them, and we would not recommend this product.
