Bad grammar aside, they never actually explain what the 3 elements are. But they do claim that BioSculpt will promote weight loss, reduce appetite, develop lean muscle, shorter workout recovery time, promote better sleep, and raise the body's metabolism.

Ingredients and Mechanism of Action
Not surprisingly, as a liquid formula, BioSculpt bases its formula around ingredients such as collagen, CLA, l-carnitine, and aloe vera. The only ingredient in that mix actually proven to promote weight loss and lean muscle development is CLA. But it has to be in extremely high doses in order to produce the results they're talking about. BioSculpt however uses relatively small proprietary blends considering the ingredients.

If you are looking for a stimulant free alternative, collagen based products such as BioSculpt are becoming more prevalent. However, before jumping on the collagen bandwagon, you should keep in mind the fact that collagen is not actually proven to promote weight loss, nor are most of the other ingredients in BioSculpt.
