In accordance with their advertising, Brazilian Phyre is based around ingredients including guarana, acai, cha de bugre, and catuaba. To their credit, acai is actually a superfood, meaning it is high in nutrient density as well as antioxidants, which could promote weight loss. However, the most sensationalized ingredient of the bunch, cha de bugre, has not actually been proven to do anything, and the rest of the ingredients follow suit.

Overall Impression of Brazilian Phyre:

Brazilian Phyre depends on the idea that the average consumer doesn’t actually pay attention to the world around them. They capitalize on the idea that if it comes from somewhere mysterious and the natives have used it medicinally, then it must be wonderful. Unfortunately, the actual evidence does not support those claims.
