Bullseye7 uses a 555mg proprietary blend of green tea, ashwagandha, caffeine, and guarana. First, these are all basically forms of caffeine. They will hype up the system, stressing it instead of relaxing it, and for the most part, they will not promote weight loss. In fact, they will probably just lead to side effects.
