Carnislim Review

Carnislim

Created by Andrew Lessman, Carnislim 1250 is meant to be a healthy fat burner meant to also support higher metabolic levels. It does not use ephedra, mainly because products that do are extremely reckless and rare for that reason. Instead, it uses 1250mg of carnitine. They also claim that other ingredients such as chromium and vanadium will improve the metabolism.

Ingredients and Mechanism of Action

Carnislim ingredients include vitamin C, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, niacin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, pantothenic acid, chromium, vanadium, and l-carnitine.

Unfortunately, l-carnitine has no application to weight loss, and the one good fat, CLA that they are probably thinking of requires anywhere from 3000-4500 calories, in other words 3-4X the amount they use to provide results. Chromium and vanadium likewise have no connection to weight loss, let alone a faster metabolism. Studies have been conducted on chromium, but they have been mixed, and it has never even been speculated to promote metabolism.

Overall Impression of Carnislim:

There are really no dangers as far as side effects with Carnislim. The only danger would be to your pocketbook and possibly your ego. It is completely stimulant free, but also entirely devoid of any weight loss ingredients. So if you want a safe product, Carnislim is safe. But if you want a safe weight loss product, Carnislim is not it.
