Certiphene ingredients include hoodia gordonii, chromium picolinate, l-ornithine, l-arginine, kola nut, guarana, bladderwrack, and ginseng. Ginseng is one of the better fat burners. Yes, it’s based on caffeine. But it has been known to promote fat burning along with a feeling of overall wellbeing connected to the ginsenosides used. But you need at least 400mg to achieve results, which unfortunately they never bothered to use. When you use Certiphene, you will find that it never had the clinically proven amounts of anything. Beyond ginseng, they had bladderwrack, which is rich in thyroid healthy iodine. But improving the thyroid in this way has never been known to promote weight loss. You have to have a serious thyroid disorder for it to really make a difference. The other ingredients like hoodia do not promote weight loss. Hoodia has been through a number of trials, never proving any benefits at all. Chromium has been used to control blood glucose. But only one study, conducted in athletes, ever showed better results. Other ingredients like guarana have never been proven in any setting to show results.

Certiphene was recently discontinued, and they are no longer taking orders at this time. This happens to a number of companies, because they do not provide better results. They do not help you to achieve better results, and they are more likely to cause side effects than anything else. Certiphene had one good ingredient. But the rest had no application to weight loss whatsoever. And it showed. But there are better options available. There are options that are still on the market, because they have the right ingredients and combinations needed for success. They often work to avoid side effects and complications.
