Core4 Cheat ingredients include konnyaku root powder and cellulose.

Konnyaku root is basically another name for konjac root, a familiar ingredient known as glucomannan. Glucomannan does not block calories, whether fat or carb. It suppresses appetite as a natural fiber. In addition, it requires at least 1000mg to just suppress the appetite, and Core4 Cheat uses 503mg. So not only is their premise completely faulty, they don’t even have enough of a descent ingredient to pull off the desired results.

Overall Impression of Core4 Cheat:

We’ve seen glucomannan products before, one which actually used the right amount to suppress appetite. But this is the first product that we’ve seen to try to claim that glucomannan would block the absorption of caloric intake. This is because it’s completely false. While we find Core4 Cheat’s advertising methods to be entertaining, they are not valid. We would not suggest using this product.
