
Ingredients and Mechanism of Action
Otherwise known as benzphetamine, Didrex is a prescription medication. I therefore does not reveal the specific ingredients. However, it is similar to amphetamines, and can present many of the same dangers.
Safety
Didrex is not safe to take if:
- You have heart disease
- You have high blood pressure
- You have arterioschlerosis
- You have glaucoma
- You have taken an MAOI in the last 14 days
- You have a history of drug or alcohol abuse
- You suffer from obesity
- You have problems with your thyroid
- You have an anxiety disorder
- You suffer from epilepsy or a seizure disorder
- You suffer from diabetes
Possible Side Effects
- Difficulty breathing
- Closing of your throat
- Swelling of your lips or tongue and hives
- Irregular heartbeat
- Very high blood pressure
- Severe headache
- Blurred vision and hallucinations
- Abnormal behavior and confusion
- Restlessness and tremors
- Anxiety, nervousness, and insomnia
- Dry mouth or unpleasant taste in your mouth
- Diarrhea or constipation
- Impotence or change in sex drive
Overall Impression of Didrex:
I am not sure that Didrex will actually provide results, given the fact that some prescriptions don’t even promote weight loss when they’re supposed to. But what I am sure about is the side effects, which are scary to say the least.
