Diet Fuel’s main ingredients include guarana, synephrine, l-phenylalanine, green tea, quercitin, citrus bioflavanoids, ginger root, St John’s wort, and cayenne fruit. It may not contain ephedra, but synephrine is associated with many of the same side effects. In addition, they fail to provide the quantities of any one ingredient, and some of the ingredients haven’t even been proven to contribute to weight loss at all.
