The Most Effective Diet
In all truth, if you are really serious about using the most effective possible diet, yes many are going to fail at some point in time. But at the same point, there is not really room for regular doses of carbs. By this I mean bad carbs. It’s how life works. Many like to think there is and that every once in a while they should eat rice or something. I’m not saying you should go on a low carb diet, by no means am I saying that. I don’t really have much to say about them in the good way.
However, cutting out bad carbs in favor of lean proteins and fruits and vegetables is the healthiest possible way to go. It’s actually the best way to lose weight, and if you can keep it up in the long term, well it’s certainly more maintainable than a traditional low carb diet. There are basic food groups of course, there are always basic food groups essential to life.
But candy is not one of them, pasta is not one of them, white rice is not one of them. Fritos are not one of them for that matter. It’s just a matter of realizing the truth of things and working with it rather than trying to find some way to get around it.
