While these ingredients are potentially effective, they actually require certain amounts. They name the basic titles of the studies, but don’t link to or detail them, and the fact that they don’t even provide an ingredients list in full is disconcerting to say the least. This being said, if they use green tea in its fat burning form, it is not caffeine free at all, and if they use caffeine free, it doesn’t promote fat loss.
