Ingredients and Mechanism of Action
FullBites ingredients include whole grain corn meal, soy protein concentrate, vegetable oil, maltodextrin, sugar, salt, molasses, onion powder, torula yeast, tomato powder, spices, natural flavors, extractives of paprika, garlic powder, vinegar, citric acid, and invert sugar
FullBites has a number of interesting ingredients. But none of them are related to weight loss. None of them have any relation to weight loss in general, and you will not see the appetite suppression they talk about with any of them. They recommend that you drink 8oz of water with it, which will in and of itself suppress appetite. But otherwise, it will not do that, and FullBites actually have quite a few calories, meaning that just as if you ate potato chips, you will only be adding empty calories to your body.
Overall Impression of FullBites:
FullBites is unlikely to cause side effects. They are basically speaking just glorified potato chips with some “natural flavoring” as they put it. This being said, you will not suppress appetite, you may actually gain weight considering the fact that you are supplementing all of those empty calories into your diet, and there are far better options to say the least.
