To start, glucofast offers a “90 day promise”, one of the better guarantees in the business. Most companies offer a 30 day money back guarantee with a strict line drawn at the 30 days, hoping that customers will forget or wait until it is too late. It also uses chromium, which has been shown in clinical trials to promote a statistically significant difference in gradual weight loss. Cinammon has also been shown to lower blood sugar levels in patients with Type 2 diabetes. Many of the ingredients included have also been shown to be beneficial for individuals with conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.
While some of the ingredients have been used to reduce conditions often associated with obesity, none of the ingredients have been shown to be effective fat burners. Chromium produces results, but only over time in a gradual manner. None of the ingredients have been shown to otherwise promote weight loss in any way. There is no research or evidence to back up the high majority of their claims.
They also use a proprietary blend, which tells me they are trying to hide something. If they had some innovative, breakthrough ingredient they had done multiple studies on, I would still complain about their use of a proprietary blend. It keeps the consumer in the dark and is unnecessary. But I would let it slide to some degree. But with average ingredients that don’t actually promote weight loss anyway, it makes me think they are not using enough of those ingredients to promote any overall wellness, and it makes me think that they are hiding fillers.
Overall Impression of Glucofast:
Glucofast uses a 90 day money back guarantee, and if you are planning to use glucofast for weight loss, you will need it. There are no real fat burning or weight loss inducing ingredients included in glucofast and no studies or anything else to back up the claims they try to make. I would suggest it as a natural alternative to lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, etc. But it uses a proprietary blend, which means there are probably so many fillers in glucofast, it won’t do anything for high blood pressure or cholesterol either.
