Potassium chloride can be used to replenish the electrolytes in your body, and N-amidinosarcosine is just another name for creatine, which pushes water around the muscles to provide more energy. It does not actually build or support lean muscle mass. Finally, green tea could burn fat, but only in an amount of 400mg when they use 100mg, and it should be noted that the caffeine in green tea is significantly responsible for the fat burning effects.

In short, though there is really one good ingredient found in GNC Wellbeing Be Defined, it does not do what they would like to claim it does, and certainly not in the amount they use. But it seems this has become a trademark of GNC.
