Ingredients and Mechanism of Action
The ingredients in GNC Wellbeing Be-Hot Exercise Enhancing Turbopak include chloride, potassium, NAS, green tea, niacin, caffeine anhydrous, grape seed extract, alpha lipoic acid, capsicum fruit extract, bioperine, sertia, vitamin E, EPA, DHA, MCT, LA, oleic acid, and GLA.
There are some proven ingredients in this blend such as green tea and caffeine anhydrous. They do tell you how much they use, which is definitely an improvement over most supplements. What they do not actually provide are the right quantities, which is unfortunately a problem in this industry. With green tea for example, the minimum required dose is 400mg. They use 100mg.

Overall Impression of GNC Wellbeing Be-Hot Exercise Enhancing Turbopak:
While we are impressed for once by the fact that GNC has used some proven ingredients in their Wellbeing Be-Hot Exercise Enhancing Turbopak, we are not impressed enough to recommend this product. At first glance, it is better than some of their other products. However, they still have a ways to go, considering it does not actually have the right amounts, which is the second half of the battle.
