Green Tea Fat Burner Review
Green tea is well known to promote weight loss, but it must be consumed in proper amounts to have those effects on the body. Green Tea Fat Burner from Applied Nutrition says it can offer this kind of approach to weight loss in one pill rather than endless brewing of tea.
Unfortunately, we couldn’t find a website for either Applied Nutrition or Green Tea Fat Burner. While this bodes ill for a weight loss product, we still took the time to review it and see if it will be effective for your dietary needs.
Benefits of Green Tea
Green tea has been proven by multiple independent clinical studies to provide thermogenic benefits for people trying to lose weight. This means that green tea spurs heat within the body that can boost metabolism and burn calories more efficiently.
Because of the inclusion of caffeine in green tea, green tea can also give energy, which translates to longer and harder workouts.
Ingredients and Mechanism of Action
Because Green Tea Fat Burner is sold through other vendors only, we had to rely on their provision of ingredients. According to WalMart, Green Tea Fat Burner includes chromium, green tea extract and caffeine, a Xenedrol blend with ginger, cayenne, kola root, licorice, and yerba mate, among others.
While these ingredients have been shown to facilitate weight loss, they need to be in the proper amounts to work. With this proprietary blend, we don’t know exactly how much of each ingredient we’re getting.
We often say that you should have at least 400mg of green tea. But when we say that, there is also the assumption that it would be 50% caffeine. Theirs is 2% caffeine. Likewise, it is never wise to rely on just one ingredient as just one ingredient never suffices on its own and almost always fails.

Overall Impression of Green Tea Fat Burner:
The Green Tea Fat Burner claims that you will be able to get all the results you are looking for. They also talk about not seeing side effects, because it uses “natural caffeine.”
But caffeine is caffeine. You will still suffer side effects if you have caffeine sensitivity. And they don’t have enough of the caffeine to actually produce weight loss results. This being said, you should try something else.
