Ingredients and Mechanism of Action
The only ingredient revealed in the Ice Cube Diet is hoodia gordonii. Unfortunately, hoodia has not been proven to suppress appetite or improve the health or weight loss in any other way. In fact, every major study that has been conducted on it has resulted in failed attempts and proof that it doesn’t do anything, let alone suppress your appetite in any amount. This is not for lack of trying on the parts of various users. Moreover, it is illegal to export hoodia from South Africa. So we’re not really sure what’s in there, but suspect it may be caffeine. However, either way, hoodia has been connected with liver damage according to researchers.

Overall Impression of Ice Cube Diet:
We are not impressed by the Ice Cube Diet. It has nothing to offer except a lot of hype and no truth or facts at all. They don’t even reveal their supposed full ingredients list or how much they are pretending to use of an ingredient they could not legally obtain or sell. We would not suggest buying this product.
