Inner Armour Blue CLA Elite Review

CLA Elite

Inner Armour has recently released its “Blue line” of products. One of the most intriguing products in this line is called CLA 1250 Elite.

Harnessing the power of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), CLA Elite is meant to reduce fat and promote a leaner, trimmer body.

Intrigued by this brand new product, I reviewed everything you need to know about Inner Amour Blue CLA Elite so you can determine if it’s worth trying.

What’s Inside CLA Elite?

CLA is the primary ingredient in CLA Elite and refers to a grouping of chemicals found inside the fatty acid linoleic acid.

It has been used to treat cancer, atherosclerosis or “hardening of the arteries”, and obesity. It is also commonly used as a weight loss aid.[1]

A study conducted on overweight human subjects concluded reduction of fat was dose-dependently affected by CLA taken in doses of either 1.8 or 3.6 g. This increased metabolic rate.[2]

However, the same study concluded it did not improve body weight maintenance after weight loss.

How Much Is An Effective Amount?

The average person consumes 15-174 mg CLA daily from diet alone. For weight loss and treating obesity, experts recommend 1.8-7 g per day, although some research has shown amounts over 3.4 g do not provide additional benefits.[1]

CLA Elite is contained in a blend, along with safflower oil, and totals 1250 mg per serving. This is slightly lower than the expert recommendation.

Directed Use

As a dietary supplement, take 1 softgel 3 times a day, preferably with food. When taking 3 servings a day, the amount of CLA meets recommended amounts.

How to Buy CLA Elite

Inner Armour CLA Elite is only available from the official Inner Armour website, InnerArmourBlue.com. It is currently on sale for $20.

Who Made CLA Elite?

CLA Elite is manufactured by Inner Armour. According to InnerArmour.com, the main goal of this company is to provide sports nutrition products that do not contain banned or illegal substances.

Inner Armour’s products are approved by Parisi Speed School, a team training program located throughout the country.[3]

Is It Worth The Money?

There is some compelling research supporting CLA’s use for weight loss, but more research needs to be done to determine its effectiveness.

Still a fairly new product, users have yet to weigh in on their experiences with CLA Elite. Considering there aren’t any known side effects of CLA consumption, it may be worth trying.
