Leptopril

Ingredients and Mechanism of Action

Leptopril makes promises we would all hope for. It also keeps some of its promises with the ingredients it uses. It uses caffeine, guarana, and green tea leaf, which will stimulate the body and fight fatigue. Green tea leaf and kola nut have also been used to suppress appetite. Kola nut is generally chewed to ease hunger pains. But in pill form, it can be used without the common side effect of stained teeth. Kola nut is also likely to produce a strong state of euphoria and general well being. Other ingredients, such as niacin, are there to balance out the body in general, because deficiencies of vitamins such as niacin can results in decreased rates of metabolism.

First of all, I am wary of any product that tries to tell you that “being fat is not your fault.” While a lot of us would like to blame genetics, it doesn’t actually apply to most. Companies that use this as a tool generally have so many unsubstantiated promises, I lose count. They also tend to use fillers and quite a few other ingredients that have their purposes, but not in any kind of weight loss. In the case of leptopril, they use an ingredient they call polygonum. It sounds nice, but in reality polygonum is a genus of the buckwheat family. It does not specify any particular plant or otherwise ingredient, and therefore one cannot say for sure what it does or does not do. In addition, it uses acetylsalicylic acid, eucommia, and schizopeta among others, which are pain killers. Acetylsalicylic acid is another name for asprin. While asprin may thing the blood and aid the body in coping with small heart attacks, asprin and other pain killers do not promote weight loss or fat burn. It also uses a proprietary blend, which is larger than most at 1178mg. But it also has more ingredients than your average proprietary blend. They also use high levels of caffeine in several different forms, which can stimulate the body and increase the metabolism. But it can also cause negative side effects such as elevated heart rate, jitteriness, nervousness, insomnia, nausea, and diarrhea.

Overall Impression of Leptopril:

Leptopril makes quite a few comforting promises. They tell us, “it’s not your fault, its all genetics, and we can help you fight those genetics.” But in reality, they don’t even begin to live up to those promises. They use quite a few pain killers as well as the name of a nonspecific genus of the buckwheat family in their ingredients list. Judging by the formula, they are nothing more than a glorified caffeine pill, and certainly not worth $50 per bottle.

Casey Johnson Says:

Leptopril has helped me to lose more weight. So far, it’s helped me to lose about 6 pounds, and the side effects are pretty mild. But it hasn’t been as fast as some other things, and I have heard that there are other products that don’t cause any side effects at all.

Mariel Jems Says:

Leptopril has been really slow. I lost maybe 2 pounds my first week, and that’s what I lose with diet and exercise. After that, it has averaged about 2 ½ or 3 pounds a week. But I have not lost more than that, and I have been up at night, had some jitters, and had some other side effects. I’m not sure I feel that Leptopril is that great. But I definitely think that there are better options.

Taya Says:

I wouldn’t use Leptopril again. I had problems with headaches all the time and jitters. And I had some trouble sleeping. I even threw up the first day I used Leptopril. But I haven’t lost much weight. I’m not sure I’ve even lost any extra weight beyond what I would have lost on my own.
