Lichi Super Fruit Total Body Detox Review
Lichi Super Fruit Total Body Detox is a unique weight loss product gaining attention in the diet industry. According to its website, it is a “six-day detoxification program to help safely cleanse, refresh, and rejuvenate the body.”
Lichi Super Fruit Total Body Detox says it’s different than other cleansing systems because it doesn’t require users to completely alter their eating habits. Other programs involve fasting and liquid diets, but with Lichi Super Fruit Total Body Detox, you simply add the product to your daily routine.
I can’t help but feel skeptical. Detoxifying programs work because users take in very little food and drink, restricting themselves to only the bare minimum caloric and nutrient intake. If you don’t have to make any drastic dietary changes, can Lichi Super Fruit Total Body Detox be an efficient cleanse?
Who Makes Lichi Super Fruit Total Body Detox?
Lichi Super Fruit is a brand of lychee fruit-centric weight loss supplements. The brand is run by the New York city-based company Bainbridge & Knight. Bainbridge & Knight claim on their website to be “on the front lines of research and product development, providing resources for men and women who believe in growing young with age and who insist on leading a full, progressive lifestyle.”
Though Bainbridge & Knight promise excellence from their products, the Better Business Bureau feels differently. The BBB gave Bainbridge & Knight an F rating due to inadequate background information and poor customer service.
Specifically, Bainbridge & Knight has only responded to 50% of the customer complaints filed against the company. Complaints were made about multiple things, including Bainbridge & Knight’s advertising, billing, and product efficacy.
I’m pretty skeptical about Lichi Super Fruit Total Body Detox after learning this negative information about its manufacturer. However, I want to see what’s in the formula before I write it off as ineffective.
What’s in the Lichi Super Fruit Total Body Detox Formula?
There is not a lot of information about the Lichi Super Fruit Total Body Detox ingredients, which is never a good sign. Let’s take a look at the active ingredients we do know about.
Lichi Super Fruit Total Body Detox contains 30 g of aloe vera leaf juice. Aloe vera leaf juice cleanses and detoxifies by acting as a laxative. It also protects against harmful bacteria and irritants.
The only other active ingredient is the 550 mg “Cleanse Blend.” Unfortunately, the exact contents of the Cleanse Blend are unknown. The Lichi Super Fruit Total Body Detox website says the product’s “exclusive formula includes ginger root extract, dandelion, alfalfa, and slipper elm extracts.” However, since Lichi Super Fruit never explicitly explains that these actually are the blend’s ingredients, I’m not entirely sure what’s in the Cleanse Blend.
Does Lichi Super Fruit Total Body Detox Have an Effective Formula?
I’m not impressed with the Lichi Super Fruit Total Body Detox formula. There is hardly any information about the product’s ingredients. The only specification the product label makes is that it contains 30 g of aloe vera leaf juice. This is an effective detoxifying ingredient, but it is the only one we know for sure is inside the product.
Additionally, it’s unacceptable to merely list a “Cleanse Blend” on the label without saying anything about the blend’s contents. Consumers need to have at least a basic idea what they are putting into their bodies, and unfortunately, Lichi Super Fruit Total Body Detox doesn’t provide this.
How Do You Use Lichi Super Fruit Total Body Detox?
The Lichi Super Fruit Total Body Detox program has two steps:
1. Drink one Lichi Super Fruit Total Body Detox shot in the morning on an empty stomach for six days straight.
2. Drink a minimum of eight glasses of water each day. This will further flush toxins and impurities out of your system.
Do Customers Like Lichi Super Fruit Total Body Detox?
Let’s see what Lichi Super Fruit Total Body Detox users have to say:
Allie from New Jersey told Drugstore.com, “I didn’t feel any better or ‘detoxified,’ I just felt and still feel exhausted. Only used two bottles then returned it. Stay away.”
Another Drugstore.com user, Su Su from Florida, said, “Tastes terrible…no, I would not recommend this to a friend.”
User CaylieChan from Alaska told Walmart.com, “I took this as directed and it had a good taste while drinking it down, but a horrible aftertaste. I saw absolutely no results. It didn’t do anything. A total waste of money.”
User Kpeterson told Amazon.com, “Numerous pros and cons to this product. Gentle? Yes. Effective? Maybe. For me it worked out find because I’m at a desk all day so it did make me feel a little better without having to bolt to the bathroom.”
Kpeterson also noted, “The taste? Horrible. I’m not lying; I wasn’t expecting a smoothie, but as a grown adult having to plug my nose and stomp my feet it’s worse than the flavorless medicine as a kid. I almost didn’t make it through the second day looking at that little bottle.”
User Colleenbliss2458 from Florida told Buzzkillions.com, “I would not recommend this product. There were no effects from this product. The taste was tolerable for six days. I used as directed in the morning.”
Clearly customers are not too impressed with Lichi Super Fruit Total Body Detox.
How Do You Purchase Lichi Super Fruit Total Body Detox?
You can order a six-pack of Lichi Super Fruit Total Body Detox from multiple vendors. This will last you six days because, as I mentioned, you only need to drink one per day. Here are the best deals I found:
• Drugstore.com: $16.49
• Walmart.com: $17.88
• Walgreens.com: $19.99
• Amazon.com: $16.49
• CVS.com: $15.99
The Lichi Super Fruit website no longer sells this specific product. Instead, it sells Lichi Super Fruit 6-Day Cleanse. The 6-Day Cleanse may merely be a reformulated Total Body Detox, but I can’t be entirely sure because there is no explanation on the website.
Is Lichi Super Fruit Total Body Detox a Good Product?
I’m not impressed with Lichi Super Fruit Total Body Detox. It comes from a sketchy manufacturer, its formula is extremely vague, and it has received negative customer reviews. I do not recommend Lichi Super Fruit Total Body Detox.
