Lipoway lists their main ingredient as Lipowatricol. If you’ve never heard of this ingredient, you are not alone. But it is actually just their name for glucomannan. And like they claim, it is a natural dietary fiber. It works in quantities of 1g or more by expanding with water in the stomach, leaving little room for food before created a satiated feeling. Lipoway capsules contain only 800mg, a fraction of what was used in successful clinical studies. There are no other ingredients listed in Lipoway.

Overall Impression of Lipoway:

Will Lipoway suppress appetite? That is questionable, considering they don’t use the same amount as successful clinical studies. What is not questionable is the rest of the claims. Lipoway will not reduce cravings, reduce carb and fat absorption, or increase energy. And unless your problem is purely over-eating, and even then, it is unlikely to make a significant difference. But at least they have a 90 day money back guarantee, which we caution you is extremely difficult to complete.
