But if you are familiar with appetite suppressants, you will most likely recognize the description as glucomannan, a common dietary fiber that expands in your stomach to create a feeling of quick satiety. However, clinical studies conducted on this ingredient used at least 1g or 1000mg. With the fact that Lipoxinol does not actually name the ingredient, nor do they name the quantity thereof, it is unlikely that they use enough.

Overall Impression of Lipoxinol:

We like glucomannan. It is a dependable and useful appetite suppressant when used in the right amount. However, most companies, including Lipoxinol, do not actually use enough. And besides that, glucomannan alone can only address one cause of obesity, and it is definitely not worth $69.99 for a 15 day supply.
