Slimming down and toning up can be a struggle if your stomach is calling all the shots. The more you cut calories, the harder it becomes to ignore your constantly-growling stomach. So how can you eat fewer calories without feeling deprived? Lipozene may be able to help.
Lipozene is said to be the ultimate diet pill on the market, offering a three-times-per day dose of ingredients that will supposedly suppress your appetite and stop you from overeating.
But is stopping your cravings enough to help you on your way to real weight loss? We’ll look at what Lipozene does, the ingredients it uses to get there, whether or not there are any significant side effects and how it compares to other highly-rated diet pills like Apidextra.
What Does Lipozene Do?
Lipozene is an all-natural weight loss pill, well that isn’t exactly accurate. It’s more of an appetite suppressant than anything else. It’s supposed to work by tricking your brain into feeling fuller for longer periods of time. By reducing your cravings and general appetite, Lipozene promises to reduce your caloric intake and thus help you to lose weight.
Lipozene manufacturers also say that their revolutionary formula will even restore your cholesterol to normal levels, leaving you healthier as well as thinner. A lot people I’ve talked to, ask can’t I do what this does on my own?
How Does Lipozene Work?
Lipozene contains the natural ingredient glucomannan, harvested from the Konjac Root. The ingredient acts as a fibrous sponge to make you feel full. To use, manufacturers recommend taking Lipozene 30 minutes prior to eating, so you’re essentially taking Lipozene 3 times a day, which can be a lot for some people.
The all-natural fiber will fill in the extra room in your stomach to convince your body that you are full without adding any extra calories.
Additionally, Glucomannan is a food additive used as an emulsifier and thickener, and it has been shown to potentially help you lose weight. One study printed in the Journal of Obesity studied the effects of glucomannan on 20 obese patients, and found that taking daily supplements of the fiber helped to lower cholesterol and facilitate an average drop of 5.5 pounds within eight weeks.
Are There Any Side Effects Associated With Lipozene?
Because Lipozene essentially relies on only one ingredient, side effects are minimal and entirely related to glucomannan.
Customers who have used Lipozene — as well as some clinical studies — report marginal side effects like gas, bloating, and related minor stomach issues. While this may concern you if you have conditions that already make this area vulnerable, these side effects aren’t anything you wouldn’t expect with an increased intake of daily fiber.
Is Lipozene Worth Trying?
While Lipozene does legitimately suppress users’ appetites using the natural ingredient glucomannan, there really is much else to this.
First of all, it does not list any other ingredients besides glucomannan. This strikes us as strange, especially because glucomannan is available at any health store. And at $29.95 a bottle, it seems to be an expensive way to up your dose of fiber.
Overall, Lipozene is likely going to leave you eating fewer calories and as long as you take advantage of the limited calories your consuming by increasing your exercise, you’re probably going to see some results. Now if you’re looking for rapid results, Lipozene may not be the ide4al diet pill. You’ll probably want something that includes a fat burner to see the fast results.
In reality, long-term weight loss is best achieved with a product that both suppresses the appetite and burns fat. Instead of turning to Lipozene, if you’re really looking to do more than just control your cravings, we direct visitors to look at Apidextra.
Apidextra is formulated with clinically-proven weight loss ingredients to help control cravings, limit your appetite while increasing your metabolism and helping you burn more fat. This combination, make Apidextra one of the most complete weight loss pills that’s ever been available!

I am so upset with the product. I bought it looking at commercials and so-called particpants thinking this would work for my body type. well 2 weeks have went by and no appetite suppression no weight loss that i don’t credit to my own ability of exercise and healthy food choices. Lipozene is a fraud.

Nancy Joann Says:
I’ve had no results with this product either. I’ve certainly not seen any appetite suppression. They better not keep charging me for this and sending it to me. I’ve gotten a second order in the mail that I don’t want and was told it was part of the original order. If need be I’ll dispute the charges on my credit card if they keep sending it.

Kris Drigen Says:
I feel no change after using this product. Also am having a problem canceling my order, and told that the # that I have to call each time, I will be charged. They keep hanging up on me. So will they keep sending me this stuff that does not work for me and charge me or not send it at all and keep charging me? or do I keep trying to call and get charged every time? Is this a scam?

Wendy Williams Says:
I used it and found it completely ineffective. I see that you note it as an appetite suppresant but I didn’t feel it did much of that.
I lost a few pounds at the start. I was dieting and exercising as well. I have as much success without the pills as I do with them if I keep up the diet and the exercise.
