Ingredients and Mechanism of Action
Metabolife Extreme Energy is based on a 688mg proprietary blend of guarana, Asian ginseng, green tea, yerba mate, eleuthero root, rhodiola rosea, and theanine. Whlie they did include some quality ingredients such as green tea, their mix of guarana and yerba mate is missing damiana. Clinical studies conducted on any one of those ingredients were only successful with the combination of the three. In addition, they use a small proprietary blend, making it highly unlikely that they use enough to provide the energy boost they boast about, let alone actual weight loss.

Overall Impression of Metabolife Extreme Energy:
Metabolife products seem to follow a common thread, they are worthless! Metabolife Extreme Energy is no exception to this, providing only small amounts of cheap and questionable ingredients. Unless you are planning to buy the whole round of Metabolife products, you are unlikely to see any results. And even then, results are questionable. Why not just buy one quality product at about the same price you would pay for one element of Metabolife.
