If you’re seeking to eliminate excess fat and increase testosterone, the new male diet pill Myoshred should catch your attention.

MyoShred contains a unique formula for a diet pill. Its ingredients aren’t all directly aimed at burning fat. Instead, MyoShred also has several ingredients for boosting testosterone to build muscle.

Actually, MyoShred is more accurately described as a BMI-improving diet pill because it’s intended to reduce fat and increase muscle.

I like the idea of a diet pill that increases testosterone. So, I investigated MyoShred to learn how effective it is at promoting weight loss and boosting testosterone.

MyoShred: The Ingredients

MyoShred contains 6 major ingredients, each with some effect on fat loss, improving testosterone, or both. They’re listed here from highest to lowest dosage per serving.

Fenugreek
Fenugreek is MyoShred’s primary testosterone booster. Men in one clinical trial had raised total and free testosterone levels after taking a 500 mg dose daily for 8 weeks. [1] In a separate clinical trial, the same fenugreek dosage improved strength and reduced body fat. [2] A daily dose of MyoShred contains 600 mg fenugreek, enough to produce similar results.

Caffeine Anhydrous
MyoShred’s second most common ingredient is caffeine. Caffeine boosts energy, enhances focus, [3] and increases thermogenesis. [4] Plus, 250 mg caffeine is the only stimulant in MyoShred, minimizing undesirable stimulant overload.

Agamatine Sulfate
Agamatine is included in MyoShred as a vasodilator. Vasodilators widen blood vessels so blood flows faster, pumping up muscles and delivering nutrients more efficiently. Agamatine causes vasodilation by increasing nitric oxide production in cells that line blood vessels. [5]

Creatine HCL
Creatine increases muscular energy and power because it transforms into ATP, the body’s quick energy molecule. [6] Recent research shows taking 3.5 grams creatine and 900 mg fenugreek together increases weight lifting power and encourages muscle building. [7] MyoShred contains just 250 mg creatine because creatine HCl is the most potent creatine form available. [8]

GreenSelect Phytosome Green Tea
GreenSelect Phytosome is a concentrated green tea extract that burns fat. After taking 300 mg GreenSelect Phytosome for 90 days while following a low-calorie diet, people lost an average of 30 pounds compared to only 11 pounds on placebo. Men also had smaller waistlines at the end of the trial. [9] A daily MyoShred serving contains 300 to 600 mg GreenSelect Phytosome green tea extract.

Boron Citrate
Boron is a trace mineral capable of reducing SHBG, or sex hormone binding globulin. SHBG binds to free testosterone and renders it inert, meaning it can’t boost libido or improve muscle gains. [10] A scientific test showed 11.6 mg boron reduces SHBG after just 6 hours. After a week at this dosage, men had significantly higher free testosterone. [11] People taking MyoShred according to directions get a daily dose of 10 to 20 mg boron.

MyoShred: Where to Buy It

MyoShred is available from MyoShred.com in 1, 2, and 3 bottle packages. The price of 1 bottle is $49.95 plus $4.95 for shipping. It costs $99.95 for 2 bottles and $149.95 for 3 bottles. These bulk packages have no additional shipping charge.

eSupplements.com also sells MyoShred. This site’s prices are slightly lower. It costs $47.95 for 1 bottle, $94.95 for 2, and $139.95 for 3.

No matter which site MyoShred is purchased on, it always comes with a 90-day money-back guarantee. This guarantee allows customers to try MyoShred and see how it works for them. If for some reason they aren’t satisfied with MyoShred’s weight loss effects, they can return it for a full refund (minus any applicable shipping costs).

MyoShred: How to Use It

For most people, 2 MyoShred capsules a day is an effective dose for weight loss and testosterone boosting. Take 1 capsule with breakfast and lunch, along with at least 8 ounces water. Follow this dosing regimen for at least the first 7 days.

Some people may need an extra capsule or 2 each day to increase MyoShred’s efficacy. It’s okay to up your dosing to 2 capsules with both breakfast and lunch. But, you should never take more than 4 MyoShred capsules in 24 hours.

MyoShred: The Side Effects

Of MyoShred’s main ingredients, only caffeine is likely to cause side effects. Typical caffeine consumption side effects include sleeplessness, anxiety, nausea, or tremors. [12] But, because caffeine is so common, most people know how sensitive they are to caffeine. Those who consider themselves caffeine sensitive may want to avoid MyoShred.

MyoShred: The Verdict

As a testosterone-boosting diet pill, MyoShred definitely delivers. MyoShred’s ingredients all contribute to fat burning, increased testosterone levels, or muscle building. And, with a low price and money-back guarantee, I’m sure men have nothing to lose from investing in MyoShred—except maybe a few pounds.

Timothy Says:

I have used Myoshred for over a year. Along with a well watched healthy diet and moderate exercise 4 times a week I started with 2 pills a day. In the first 5 months I went from 196 lbs down to 152 lbs.I then cut back to one pill per day and have kept 80% of the weight off. I think the biggest plus is that I have more energy for work outs. The only negative is the caffeine sensitivity. I started by taking one first thing in the day and one late afternoon, never after 5:00 pm because of the sleeplessness. After the first 5 months I cut back to one pill a day and kept the weight off. When I stopped taking it three months ago I saw my energy levels drop again and motivation to exercise fell off. Myoshred is in no way a miracle diet pill, I am 51 years old and have tried many things over the years and this product has come as close to what it promises as anything I have tried.
