Nueslim-19 “helps curb your appetite while enhancing your energy.” It is manufactured and distributed by Sues Health Center, and claims that you can finally get the body you deserve. They also offer numerous customer testimonials and before and after pictures.

Ingredients and Mechanism of Action

Nueslim-19 main active ingredients include chromium, ginseng, l-phenylalanine, and l-tyrosine. Chromium has been studied in weight loss, but the most successful ones used athletes. Other studies with chromium have shown it to be ineffective as compared to a placebo. Ginseng has been studied in rats, but never in humans. L-tyrosine has been studied in doses of 500mg-1500mg per day, but Nueslim-19 does not actually use this much.

Overall Impression of Nueslim-19:

Nueslim does contain some proven ingredients, but only in inefficient dosages. However, most of the studied ingredients are questionable, only using animal studies in some cases and showing only spotty results in others. In short, Nueslim-19 does not have what it takes to promote significant weight loss.
