Nuphedra’s ingredients are mostly thermogenic ingredients that will burn fat, both with and without stimulants, depending on the case. However, razberi-k is a patented ingredient that will actually reduce the amount of fat your body absorbs, and it has been shown to reduce weight gain or even promote weight loss even with a high fat diet. They also use phenylethylamine, which is a serotonin lifter that also has appetite suppressant properties.

Nuphedra is not safe to take if:

• You have a family history of medical conditions such as heart disease
• You have caffeine sensitivities
• You have high blood pressure
