Oxygenfit has no ingredients, just certain exercise equipment. They claim to be unique, but frankly every video you can buy from a TV infomercial or class in your local gym offer the same thing, at lower prices in some cases. In fact gyms generally offer access to these tools as well as whatever tools you may desire for a monthly fee. Oxygenfit does not use any processes such as running or walking, which are actually proven to promote more fat loss than other exercises in general.
Overall Impression of Oxygenfit:
Oxygenfit is a low intensity and convenient exercise program. It is unlikely to burn a significant amount of fat, and it really does not address some of the common reasons that you may be failing to lose weight such as appetite, cravings, slow metabolism, or otherwise. It offers the same things that are offered by multiple other companies, except other companies sometimes offer more, and they offer it at a cheaper price. Oxygenfit is not a bad program or product, it is just not enough.
