Ingredients and Mechanism of Action

Phenolox uses green tea, advantra-z, l-carnitine, l-phenylalanine, cayenne pepper, coleus forskohlii, yohimbine, chromium picolinate, and di potassium phosphate. The only “powerful” ingredients in this mix are advantra-z and green tea. Cayenne pepper can help you to increase your metabolism, but not as substantially as they would suggest. And green tea alone requires at least 400mg to do its job. Yohimbine on the other hand is a sexual stimulant for men, which has not been connected to weight loss, but can cause stroke, renal failure, or heart attack.

Safety

Phenolox is not safe to take if:

• You have a pre-existing medical condition or a family history of medical conditions such as heart, liver, or kidney disease
• You have caffeine sensitivities
• You have high blood pressure
• You have a liver condition
• You are using an MAO Inhibitor
• You suffer from glaucoma

Possible Side Effects

• Insomnia and over stimulation
• Diarrhea
• Irregular heart beat and dizziness
• Vomiting and headaches
• Anxiety, panic attacks, hallucinations
• High blood pressure
• Seizures and renal failure
• Kidney damage
• Reduced blood circulation to heart
• Heart attack or stroke

Overall Impression of Phenolox:

Phenolox is a lacking formula. They use ingredients like yohimbine, which doesn’t promote weight loss, but only requires 25mg or so to cause significant side effects. Otherwise, the right ingredients require significant doses that Phenolox cannot possibly provide, and most of the ingredients are worthless. We don’t feel that this product will provide results, but we are sure that it will cause quite a few side effects. Therefore, we would not feel comfortable suggesting it to anyone.
