Remedilean Review

Remedilean advertises appetite suppression and enhanced fat metabolism as methods to increase weight loss potential. It claims to contain “some of the most effective fat burning and appetite suppressing ingredients in existence.” They also claim to contain “patented ingredients that are backed by hard core evidence.”

Ingredients and Mechanism of Action

Remedilean does contain an interesting blend of ingredients, and they provide a full list including quantities. They use no proprietary blends, which is a rarity anymore. They also use ingredients such as green tea, caffeine, glucomannon, and advantra Z. Glucomannon for example has been shown to expand with water and produce a feeling of fullness with just 1 gram three times a day. Looking at the full list, Remedilean cannot be accused of skimping on quanitites.

While Remedilean may not skimp on quantities of their ingredients, they may go overboard in the other direction. For example, they use 540mg of green tea extract and then an additional 150mg of caffeine. Most companies are careful to stay below 300-400mg total between those two ingredients if they use them because of the side effects. The combined effect of those two ingredients contained in Remedilean is equivalent to about seven cups of coffee, which is a lot, even for the most avid coffee drinker. Possible side effects associated with this level of caffeine include jitteriness, nervousness, irritability, insomnia, nausea, diarrhea, and elevated heart beat. In addition, Advantra-Z contains synephrine, a cousin of ephedra. While it has been found to be safe thus far, it is recommended that individuals take doses of 100-150mg 2 to 3 times daily. Remedilean provides 300mg in one serving. They use a 30 day money back guarantee to give the buyer a sense of safety. But in reality, 30 day money back guarantees don’t give the consumer enough time to really try a product, and they usually slam the gate down right at the 30 day mark.

Overall Impressions of Remedilean

Remedilean may provide some weight loss, but not without major side effects. With most products, I would say side effects are possible. But in the case of Remedilean, side effects are guaranteed. Their money back guarantee is stingy at best. I would not buy Remedilean.
