Ingredients and Mechanism of Action
Size-0 includes caffeine anhydrous, green tea, yerba mate, green coffee bean, cordial salicifolia, cocoa extract, taurine, citrus naringin, hoodia gordonii, smiting jojoba seed extract, griffonia simplicifolia, horsetail leaf extract, hyaluronic acid, collagen, choline, silica, inositol, biotin, l-cysteine, l-methionine, coenzyme Q10, chamomile flower, chaste tree berry, daidzein, dong quai, and vitex angus castus.
They certainly have quite a few ingredients. So let’s break them down. They have quite a few skin care ingredients such as collagen and hyaluronic acid. But those ingredients are always, except in this case apparently, applied on the outside of the skin and absorbed through the pores. Others really have no application, and finally the “weight loss support blend.” Most of the ingredients make this a glorified caffeine pill and nothing more. That’s referring to the ones that actually have any application at all to weight loss, and of course they are all combined in 3 small proprietary blends, one 785mg, one 17mg, one 11mg, and one 4mg. We hope you see the problem here, and if you do not, small proprietary blends, largely questionable ingredients, and a lot of false claims.
Safety
Size-0 is not safe to take if:
- You have a pre-existing medical condition such as heart disease
- You have a family history of medical conditions such as heart disease
- You have caffeine sensitivities
- You have high blood pressure
- You have a liver condition
- You are using an MAO Inhibitor
- You suffer from glaucoma

Overall Impression of Size-0:
Size 0 is not a formula that would truly impress anyone, or at least we hope not. In terms of weight loss, Size 0 has no potential whatsoever. It is sure to cause side effects being that it basically has 787mg of caffeine. We would not advise this even if you are only trying to lose 5 lbs. It will not help you, and you would really be better of dieting and exercising alone than using this product.
