Ingredients and Mechanism of Action

Stemulite uses a day time and night time formula for both men and women. These formulas include ingredients such as quercitin, lipoic acid, Mexican yam, eggplant, and melatonin. There is only one difference between the daytime and nighttime formulas: melatonin, and no differences between the men’s and women’s formulas. These are questionable ingredients to say the least. None of them have actually been proven to contribute to weight loss.

Overall Impression of Stemulite:

Stemulite is only out of the ordinary in how useless its supplements are for the purpose of weight loss. There are no ingredients actually proven to contribute to weight loss, and it is extremely over priced. We would recommend finding a completely different supplement.
