Superfats uses a 2500mg proprietary blend of CLA, sesame seed oil, and Korean pine nut extract.

To their credit, they do use CLA. But it comes in a proprietary blend that doesn’t even cover the bare minimum for CLA, let alone all 3 ingredients combined. Actually, sesame seed oil has nothing to do with weight loss at all, so it is wasted space. The only positive thing going for Superfats it that Korean pine nut may suppress appetite in the right amount, which for Korean pine nut is 3g or 3000mg. Again, Superfats is about 500mg short of that minimum.

Overall Impression of Superfats:

Superfats is made up of 2 of the right ingredients and one that is just there for, actually we don’t know what it is there for. It could be there for decoration. But to have the effect that they are describing, Superfats would have to have a total blend of at least 7500mg. Their blend is 2500mg. So while it may not cause side effects such as jitters, in this case, weight loss is apparently another side effect that they don’t have.
