Ingredients and Mechanism of Action
As with all other prescriptions, Tenuate does not really disclose the exact ingredients contained. All the public really knows is that its effect is similar to that of an amphetamine. But as said before, we would advise serious caution with this particular supplement.

Overall Impression of Tenuate:
We don’t tend to like prescription medications. They often come with only limited results, and some can even result in extreme weight gain after only a few weeks, when it stops working. They generally come with quite a few side effects and few results. And they lack fat burning or metabolism boosting components, but only work as supposed appetite suppressants. Tenuate is no exception to this rule, so we would not suggest its use except under a doctor’s supervision, if even that.

Kevin Burke Says:
I have been using Tenuate (controlled release) for 5 days now. I have already lost four pounds… I don’t feel the jitteriness that comes with phentermine and most OTC diet pills. I have a little extra energy, but it’s certainly not like an amphetamine. It’s a great appetite suppressant and helps motivate me to exercise. I plan on being on Tenuate for 8 weeks only. I will update with the results.
