Ingredients and Mechanism of Action
Thermolean Extreme uses caffeine anyhdydrous, green tea, octopamine, juniper berry extract, dandelion, buchu extract, guggul lipid extract, 7-OXO, coleus forskohlii, magnesium gluconate, vitamin B6, and synephrine. Green tea has been proven to have results with 400mg or more, and they use 500mg. However, dandelion and buchu leaves are mostly diuretics, resulting in water weight loss, easily lost, but also easily gained. The rest of the ingredients are questionable at best. Octopamine does encourage the cells to release fats, but only for other cells to absorb them in short order.

Overall Impression of ThermoLean Extreme:
ThermoLean Extreme follows the model of many extreme products. They depend largely on the name to promote their product, but only use one or two proven ingredients and at least one with a significant level of side effects. It is definitely a sub par formula, and while you may lose a few pounds of water weight, it won’t be much.
