VPX Sports Coco-Fit+ Reviews
This question still puzzles us. They stress coconut water and the way it enhances and maximizes your workouts. They talk about clinical studies, and they say that VPX Sports Coco-Fit+ is better than the top coconut water brands. But coconut water has never been clinically proven to improve workouts. It is rich in healthy vitamins and minerals, and it works as a natural diuretic. But it has never been shown to improve workouts, weight loss, etc.
Ingredients and Mechanism of Action
VPX Sports Coco-Fit+ ingredients include Purified Water, Proprietary Antioxidant Matrix (Coconut Juice Concentrate, Mangosteen Juice Concentrate, Ascorbic Acid), Natural Flavors, Natural Colors, Phosphoric Acid, Potassium Sorbate, Malic Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Citric Acid, Omega-3 Essential Fatty Acids, Cholecalciferol Vitamin D3, Stevia.
When assessing any workout supplement, we look for a few key pieces. First, we look for healthy electrolytes to replenish those that you lose during strenuous workouts. VPX Sports Coco-Fit+ does not have a single electrolyte. Even cheap workout drinks like Gatorade provide rich sources of healthy electrolytes.
Second, we look for essential vitamins and minerals. It seems that VPX Sports Coco-Fit+ has this down to an art. Of course, so does Vitamin Water and every other “health drink” you find in the aisles of the grocery store. But we have to give credit where it is due.
And finally, we expect most of the supplements we assess to have fat burners, lean muscle builders, creatine, something that would set it apart from a common Gatorade. Again, VPX Sports Coco-Fit+ does not have a single ingredient that would accomplish this basic goal.
Overall Impression of VPX Sports Coco-Fit+
VPX Sports Coco-Fit+ makes itself out to be the everyday miracle workout supplement. But the truth is that Gatorade is a better workout drink than this could ever hope to be. And we don’t consider Gatorade to be a “workout supplement”!
