Ingredients and Mechanism of Action
Xenadrine RFA contains several blends of green tea, caffeine anhydrous, theobroma cacao extract, coffee Arabica seed extract, l-leucine, bacopa monnieri ariel parts extract, cissus quadrangularis, haematoccoccus pluvaris extract, yohimbine, wasabia japonica root, raspberry ketone, quercitin dehydrate, capsicum annuum fruit, willow bark, coleus forskohlii, zingiber officiale root extract, and DMAE. Most of these ingredients have zero to do with weight loss. Raspberry ketones and cissus quadrangularis can have some impact, but they use only small proprietary blends to mask the actual quantities.

Overall Impression of Xenadrine RFA-X:
Xenadrine RFA-X is a low grade, largely verifiably ineffective and unproven formula. It has quite a few side effects, and it uses yohimbine supposedly as a weight loss supplement, instead of what it is, a supposed aphrodisiac with side effects similar to ephedra at best. If you are looking for an extreme energy boost that may easily be too much for most, Xenadrine RFA-X is a viable option. But if you are looking for a moderate amount of caffeine or other stimulants with actual weight loss results, check out our top products.
