Ingredients and Mechanism of Action
Xenadrine RZR-X ingredients include yerba mate, damiana, caffeine, guarana, yohimbine, muira puama bark, gingko leaf, l-ornithine, saw palmetto, inositol, l-lysine HCL, borage oil seed, GABA, and l-histidine.
There are only so many ways of saying that Xenadrine products, including this one, don’t work. I mean they have 2, a grand total of 2 actual weight loss components. There is the combination of guarana, yerba mate, and damiana, and be assured they don’t have the clinically proven amounts of any of the ingredients. And then they have caffeine, which can cause side effects. But realistically they don’t use the 400mg required to promote actual weight loss.

Overall Impression of Xenadrine RZR-X:
We would not recommend using this formula. It does not actually promote weight loss, and it still causes various side effects. The most serious are far more serious than most, and they are more comparable to expensive prescription options in some ways. The difference is that the ingredient causing it has nothing to do with actual weight loss! So in short, we would recommend that you find something else. Something else might actually work.
