BeautyBurn AM PM Review

BeautyBurn AM PM, is a new weight loss kit developed especially for women. It claims to significantly increase fat burning, energy levels, and sleep quality.

Can BeautyBurn Am PM really deliver on its promises or is it just another ineffective weight loss supplement wasting your time and money?

I researched BeautyBurn AM PM and this is what I found out.

What About the Ingredients?

BeautyBurn AM PM is actually comprised of two products. The first product, BeautyFuel, promotes daytime fat burning. The second product, BeautyBurn, is intended to improve sleep and metabolic rate during the nighttime.

Both products use various, powerful ingredients to help you lose weight and sleep better.

Created to give you energy and to burn fat, BeautyFuel provides an impressive list of vitamins and ingredients.

BeautyFuel Proprietary Blend

Chromium prevents impaired glucose tolerance,[1] allowing the body to process carbohydrates and fats more efficiently. This results in a better metabolism and greater weight loss.

Guarana extract, rich in caffeine, promotes fat burning, resulting in significant weight loss.[2]

Yerba mate (leaf) is another caffeine-rich ingredient which stimulates the body and brain. It improves metabolism and athletic performance.

In addition to helping you lose weight, yerba mate actually makes it harder for you to gain weight back by hindering fat cell accumulation.[3]

Green tea extract promotes weight loss in two ways. First, it suppresses appetite helping you eat less. Second, it helps the body burn fat cells more effectively.

Uva ursi acts as a diuretic, helping the body rid itself of excess water. It also fights against harmful bacteria in your gastrointestinal tract.[4]

White willow bark relieves pain while enhancing the effects of other ingredients in BeautyFuel.

Betaine HCL protects cells from damage[5] while promoting liver and kidney health.

Ginkgo biloba (leaf) improves cardiovascular health.[6] It also has antioxidant properties protecting cells from injury and boosting the body’s metabolic rate.

In addition to calcium and chromium, crucial to many biophysical functions, BeautyBurn contains some powerful ingredients.

BeautyBurn Proprietary Blend

L-leucine is an important amino acid used to create and maintain muscle protein.[7] By promoting muscle development, this ingredient promotes higher metabolism and weight loss.

L-alanine is another protein-building amino acid. Proteins in turn build muscle and muscle burns more calories. This helps you keep an elevated metabolism in the long-term.

White kidney bean extract intercepts carbohydrate absorption helping you lose weight. Clinical studies show that people using white kidney bean lost 500% more weight than those who didn’t use it.[8]

Glycomacropeptide is a micronutrient that creates feelings of satiety. It also relaxes the gastrointestinal system and promotes growth of good bacteria contributing to a healthier body.[9]

L-carnosine is a dipeptide of amino acids found in high concentrations in skeletal muscle. It promotes health by fighting free radicals and mutated cells.[10] It may also help keep the brain young.

Women often have low carnosine levels which would give Beauty Burn AM PM credence as a female-specific fat burner.

L- citrulline is an amino acid that treats muscle fatigue.[11]

N-acetyl L-carnitine produces energy in the body. It is shown to raise metabolic rates in animals resulting greater weight loss.[12]

Phenylalanine is an essential amino acid necessary for protein building and results in better fat burning.

Raw potato starch contains resistant starch that stays in your stomach longer, making you feel fuller and eat less.[13]

How Do I Use It?

For best results, start by taking one capsule with a glass of water two times daily before a meal or exercising. Then once tolerance is established, increase the dosage from one capsule to two, limiting your intake to four capsules a day.

Since there is a lot of caffeine in BeautyFuel, do not take within six hours before going to bed.

For best results, take two capsules with water within thirty minutes of your last meal.

Also, make sure to cycle your use of these products in five day intervals, with a two-day rest in between cycles.

Are There Possible Side Effects?

Many of these two products’ ingredients are all natural and safe but I am concerned with the amount of caffeine in the BeautyFuel.

Caffeine causes many side effects including irritability, high blood pressure, and irregular heartbeat. There appears to be high amounts of caffeine in BeautyFuel so don’t take caffeine from other sources while taking this product.

In addition to caffeine, some ingredients can cause stomach aches and other digestive problems.

How Much Does It Cost?

The best place to buy the complete BeautyBurn AM PM system is directly from its manufacturer, BeautyFit. sells the set for $99.99. The company also provides a 30-day money back guarantee. On their website, BeautyFit explains:

We stand by our products with a hassle-free 30-day money back guarantee! If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, just return the remaining unused product and we will refund you money minus shipping and handling immediately.

Final Thoughts

With its impressive list of effective ingredients, it looks like BeautyBurn AM PM can deliver on its promise to burn fat, increase energy, and improve sleep. However, it’s more expensive than other effective weight loss supplements and I don’t know if BeautyBurn AM PM is worth the extra cost.

In sum, while BeautyBurn AM PM appears to be a good product, your money may be better spent elsewhere.
