Can BeautyBurn Am PM really deliver on its promises or is it just another ineffective weight loss supplement wasting your time and money?
I researched BeautyBurn AM PM and this is what I found out.

BeautyBurn AM PM is actually comprised of two products. The first product, BeautyFuel, promotes daytime fat burning. The second product, BeautyBurn, is intended to improve sleep and metabolic rate during the nighttime.
Both products use various, powerful ingredients to help you lose weight and sleep better.

Chromium prevents impaired glucose tolerance, allowing the body to process carbohydrates and fats more efficiently. This results in a better metabolism and greater weight loss.
Guarana extract, rich in caffeine, promotes fat burning, resulting in significant weight loss.
Yerba mate (leaf) is another caffeine-rich ingredient which stimulates the body and brain. It improves metabolism and athletic performance.

L-leucine is an important amino acid used to create and maintain muscle protein. By promoting muscle development, this ingredient promotes higher metabolism and weight loss.
L-alanine is another protein-building amino acid. Proteins in turn build muscle and muscle burns more calories. This helps you keep an elevated metabolism in the long-term.

How Do I Use It?
For best results, start by taking one capsule with a glass of water two times daily before a meal or exercising. Then once tolerance is established, increase the dosage from one capsule to two, limiting your intake to four capsules a day.
Since there is a lot of caffeine in BeautyFuel, do not take within six hours before going to bed.
For best results, take two capsules with water within thirty minutes of your last meal.
Also, make sure to cycle your use of these products in five day intervals, with a two-day rest in between cycles.
Are There Possible Side Effects?
Many of these two products’ ingredients are all natural and safe but I am concerned with the amount of caffeine in the BeautyFuel.
Caffeine causes many side effects including irritability, high blood pressure, and irregular heartbeat. There appears to be high amounts of caffeine in BeautyFuel so don’t take caffeine from other sources while taking this product.
In addition to caffeine, some ingredients can cause stomach aches and other digestive problems.

In sum, while BeautyBurn AM PM appears to be a good product, your money may be better spent elsewhere.
